City manage to win the title over the weekend for the third successive time
Manchester City secure their third successive title as Arsenal drop points against Nottingham Forest. The Cityzens also managed to beat Chelsea 1-0 as they continued their amazing run in the premier league. They are on the way to the treble as they have two more finals to compete for as they seek to win the treble. They would also become only the second English team to win the treble. Manchester City have two more games against Brighton and Brentford and will be looking to finish on a high.
City prove that they are head and shoulders above the rest
Man City just continue to show their quality and prove they are head and shoulders above the rest. Arsenal was leading by eight points at one point and Man City managed to get back into it. Haaland has proved to be instrumental as his 36 goals in 34 games has guided Man City to the premier league. Their win against Los Blancos during the week gave them plenty of confidence as they tore apart the kings of Europe. City is known for making Premier League comebacks as they did it against Liverpool multiple times and even Manchester United. Arsenal spent over 200 days on the top of the premier league and City was still able to make a comeback.
City hope to secure the treble against United and Inter
Man City will take on Manchester United and Inter Milan in the search of completing the treble. They have not won the FA Cup since 2019 when they took Watford apart 6-0. City has never been in a better position to win the treble as their whole team is playing to their full strength. They will be confident taking on United who are in 4th place. Man City are also strong favorites to beat Inter Milan after beating Real Madrid 4-0. It is now or never for Manchester City and many will consider them failures should they lose to Inter.
