Chelsea vs Manchester City was arguably the match to watch and game of the weekend for worldwide football spectators. Nobody could tell which way the game was going to go because Chelsea would lead and then Man City would lead. A lot of people would probably even say it was the best premier league match this season. Man City were aiming to sit at the top of the table by three points but former Man City boy Cole Palmer denied his former club the victory. Chelsea needed to avoid the loss if they are to try and work their way up the table.
So far the biggest disappointment of the season has to have been Chelsea. The Blues are trying to turn their fortunes around and have only lost one of their last five games. However considering the changes they brought in they are still not where they should be. Pochettino will have a lot of work to do and try to achieve a European spot. They will be glad that atleast Nicolas Jackson is starting to find his form as he has netted 4 in his last two games. Chelsea was sitting out of the top 10 two matchdays ago and they are now in 10th position however it is still not where they want to be. Chelsea’s football fans will be hoping that they can turn a new leaf after this new international break.
