La Roja will forever remember 2023 as the year where they made history in Womens football. They managed to stun the favorites England and claim their first ever title. The celebrations were also sparked with some controversy after Former Spain FA President was seen forcing a kiss on Jenni Hermoso. It had all the Spain national football team players declare they would not represent their nation until things changed. Without a doubt Spain has now reached the summit in Womens football.
