Forest look to continue brilliant form

Nottingham Forest take on a fragile Manchester United side who are in desperate need for all the points they can get. Nottingham Forest will edge one step closer to a Champions League spot with a win against the 20 time Champions on Tuesday. Manchester United on the other hand will want to make it eight consecutive unbeaten games against Nottingham.
Can Nottingham exploit United’s vulnerabilities

Nottingham are on the verge of securing their place amongst Europe’s elite. After coming close to relegation last year Forest has completely turned things around this year. Forest’s improvement in defensive solidity, key signings and their deadly attack have been some of the highlights of why they have had so much success this year. Milenkovic and Murillo have been at the centre of their solid defense which will trouble a United side who struggle to score. Milenkovic is in the top 10 for aerial duels won in the premier league. Wood has also notched up 18 goals in 29 games. Overall Nottingham’s solid backline and quick attacking transition puts them in a strong position to beat United for the second time this season.
United hope to put their miserable season behind them

United will be aiming to pick up as many points in their remaining matches. It is no mystery that United have been susceptible to counter attacks. They have a poor defensive setup and there midfield has not done much to provide protection for their defense. Their defense has struggled with positioning to prevent any potential counter attacks. That is certainly going to be difficult against Nottingham with Ola Aina on the right flank. Considering that Nottingham is a team that can get the ball in dangerous areas with few touches the Red devils may struggle to cope with that. Man United have made a number of signings through the years but it does not seem to be working out. Ugarte was brought in with the hope of bolstering their midfield and Casemiro’s best days are proving to be well behind him.
