Saint Maxim joins RC Lens

After Saint Maxim’s children were targeted by racism in Mexico, the French international was forced to return to his hometown in France. The former Newcastle striker left Mexico to protect his children’s safety following the incident. However, it did not stop there, as he was met with more racism when he arrived at Lens, which was immediately condemned by the French club.
Saint Maxim hoping to boost Lens

Lens was said to have responded by closing the comment section on their social media page, which saw him receive abuse. RC Lens will hope that Allan Saint Maxim’s arrival boosts their title quest, with his speed and flair seen as qualities that could catapult them past PSG.
