England go six games without conceding a goal
England failed to concede a single goal in six appearances in the Euro U-21 tournament. This is the first time since the tournament developed a group stage that a team did not concede a single goal. With England becoming the first team to do that they will become a dangerous team in the next few years. They managed to shut out many big teams like Portugal, Germany and now Spain. Spain fail to get past defensive England
Spain’s goal scoring prowess was not enough as they got beaten by a defensive masterclass by England. Ruiz failed in a last minute attempt against Trafford as Spain missed their chance to win their sixth tournament. Spain who scored an incredible 13 goals in 6 appearances found it hard to get past Trafford who was the best goalkeeper of the tournament.
