Gavi has also been another important member of FC Barcelona’s climb back to success. He has formed a formidable partnership with Pedri in midfield. In only his second season he became a regular starter and was part of the reason they won La Liga. Xavi will now be looking at him to help them retain La Liga and to go far in Europe this season. Gundogan to bring his winning mentality to Barca
Gundogan has been one of the main signings in La Liga because of what he contributed in the premier league. Xavi is looking for him to form a formidable partnership in midfield with Pedri and Gavi. The German midfielder is no stranger to winning as he helped Manchester City win the treble last season. It remains to be seen if he can fit into the Barcelona system but if he can it would help Barca retain their title. Vinicius Jr is proving to not only be one of the best players in football but arguably the face of La Liga. The Brazilian guided Real Madrid to La Liga and the Champions League in 2022 making 38 goal contributions. Vinicius will be looking to bring La Liga back to the Santiago Bernabeu. It will be interesting to see how he links up with Joselu and Rodrygo in his new attacking trio. If Vinicius has another promising season he could become a future ballondor contender.
