The Bolivia stadium Hernando Siles is 12,000 feet above sea level. However that proved not to be a problem for Argentina as they sealed an easy 3-0 victory over the South Americans. Argentina continue top form as they coast to another victory

Argentina began their World Cup qualifying campaign with a bang as they registered two victories. They managed to beat Ecuador in their opener as Messi’s freekick sealed it for them. Thanks to goals from Fernandez, Tagliafico and Gonzalez they then managed to secure their second victory against Bolivia. Messi was rested for the game against Bolivia as Scaloni wanted to take precautions to prevent him from being tired. Argentina will now take on Paraguay and Peru in the next international break in October.

Argentina have been on a good run of form ever since clinching their 3rd World Cup title against France. They have scored an outstanding 17 goals in 6 games proving to be far ahead of their rivals. They also have gone 6 games without conceding a single goal. Messi’s international form continues to get better as he scored 6 goals in the 4 appearances he played. Argentina will have a real test however when they take on Brazil away in November. Brazil are also a team on the mission and will want to get back their bitter rivals for their Copa America defeat. This game could also determine who goes into the new year top of the CONMEBOL World Cup qualifying campaign.
