Cristiano Ronaldo leaves the football world guessing what his next move after the Portuguese star made a post on instagram suggesting he maybe transferring. The Portuguese star posted “This chapter is over. The Story? Still being written” then concluded by saying grateful to all. Al Nassr were unable to quality for the Club World Cup and also failed to qualify for next years AFC Champions League. There has been many who suspect that CR7 could potentially join a Brazilian on loan just for the Club World Cup. With his contract expiring with the saudi club this summer it remains a mystery where CR7 will play next year.
CR7’s brilliance fails to guide Al Nassr to the AFC
Despite Cristiano Ronaldo having a strong season at an individual level he still failed to guide Al Nassr towards a place in the AFC Champions League. Since joining Al-Nassr in the January transfer window in 2023 Cristiano Ronaldo has only managed to win one trophy (the arab champions cup). This could leave him wanting a club where he could challenge for more titles. Despite Al-Nassr falling short in their objectives this season the Portuguese star managed to win his second consecutive golden boot.

Could it be a sensational link up with long term rival Messi at Inter Miami ? Could it be a move to Los Angeles that would potentially create the biggest rivalry in MLS history ? Or could it be a sensational return back to where it all started ? These are all questions that many spectators will have as the football world will pay close attention to what happens in the next few months.
