De Paul guides Miami to the quarterfinals
De Paul continues his brilliant form as he nets his first goal for Inter Miami. The Herons cruised to a comfortable 3-1 victory over Pumas UNAM as they advanced towards the Leagues Cup quarter-finals. De Paul grabbed the equalizer right on the stroke of half-time as he pounced on a brilliant cross from Suárez. The Herons were able to get the job done without Messi but will hope to have him back for the quarter-finals.

Inter Miami will now hope to multiply their firepower as they wait for Messi’s recovery. The team is guaranteed to face a Mexican side but has yet to find out which one.
