Kylian Mbappé has been officially unveiled as the latest EA Sports FC cover star, with the Real Madrid player set to feature on the cover of the FC27 Ultimate Edition. His return as the cover star marks four years since he was last featured. Mbappé was the solo cover star for FIFA 21 and FIFA 22, and he shared the cover of FIFA 23 with Sam Kerr.
The French superstar enjoyed a stellar 2025/2026 campaign, highlighted by finishing as the top scorer in the UEFA Champions League, scoring 25 goals in La Liga, becoming the World Cup all-time top scorer, and winning the 2026 FIFA World Cup Golden Boot after scoring 10 goals for France this summer.
The full EA Sports FC 27 reveal is scheduled for July 23, with the premiere of the Official Reveal Trailer set for 12:00 PM ET on Thursday.
