The 26-year-old footballer, a Gold Cup winner with the Mexican National Team in 2023, was at the Nemesio Díez stadium to undergo physical examinations. This move also sees the forward return to his former club where debuted in 2016.
A photo confirmed the move from Chivas to Toluca as he was caught in good spirits wearing the shirt where it all began. He was also seen with his wife and one of his representatives.
Alexis Vega will need to be in good form between now and May if he is to earn a place in Mexico’s squad for 2024 Copa America.
